Delivery time

The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after the payment order to the remitting bank or for other payments on the day to run after the conclusion and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If this occurs to be on a Saturday, Sunday or a nationally recognized public holiday, the time frame starts the next business day.

Expedited shipping is available for countries outside the EU with DHL Premium.

The shop calculcates the cost automatically. You can get a quote anytime by putting some articles in the cart and clicking on "Shopping cart". Then, you will get a quote without having to check out. Tip: In many cases, you can add more plushies to your cart at no additional shipping costs! Try it out!

In case of a return, the shipping cost for sending the order back have to be paid by the customer.
